How Much Meat per Person for a Braai?

The rule of thumb
- Boneless meat (steak, wors, fillets): 250–350 g per adult.
- Bone-in meat (chops, chicken pieces, ribs): 400–500 g per adult.
- Children: about half an adult portion.
- Big eaters or a meat-only braai: add 20–30%.
